SEC Balanced Scorecard Methods

SEC Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is a concept that translates strategy into action.

BSC starts with the company vision and strategies, from here objectives are defined. Measures are constructed for target-setting and performance measurement in areas critical to the strategies.

BSC is a performance measurement system, designed to both communicate the strategy to all employees and drive the commitment of the whole organization. SEC's Balanced Scorecard methods enable the assessment:
